I came across this auction and won it just to have it because it is something that I did not know existed!

Huh...set up for a MC binder but given a REF number....I never made the connection.

What exactly comes with the Rogue's Gallery? Are there pictures of the NPCs for example?

IIRC, pages look like from the other MC supplements (incl. b/w pictures), but they have NPCs instead of monsters.

I completely forgot that I had a set of these. I have it in a looseleaf binder, with the original cover in a clear mylar sleeve. This was a 2nd edition accessory, and has different NPCs than the 1ed version.
