Would some kind soul like to tell me what sort of class/race information is contained in the first 4-8 issues of the Strategic Review?  I think, if I'm not mistaken, Illusionists (and possibly gnomes), Rangers, and maybe Bards are detailed therein.  I'd love to know the information for use in od&d gaming (without having to spend $150 to get copies of the booklets).

Thanks.

I don't have them, but if I recall, all 8 issues are available in PDF format on the Dragon Archive CDs. Can anyone confirm this?

This week I've been mostly eating . . . minestrone soup.

Couldn't find any info on pricing for the CD here - do they generally go for $40 - $70 USD?

Has "settled down"(!) to ~$100-120 SW'd in the original box or $70-90, just for the CDs in their jewel case;
e.g. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 5217776090 , ongoing.

$44.99, IIRC, but may have ended up at $39.99.

If you think those eBay prices are bad, try Amazon.com: Buying Choices: Dragon Magazine Archive

30 cents per issue would be pretty decent, IMHO, with extra functionality; even though the "headline" price would still appear high.

[ed.] ok, think that price drop first time around says something.
