He/she just bid on a bunch of my stuff:

eBay listings

I smell trouble and wonder how long I should let it ride or whether contacting the bidder is worth it.  I don't know anyone who is upset with me.  Opinions? :?:

That is one seriously effed up ID.  Contact the bidder and let him know you typically like to have contact info from a zero feedback bidder, just an email or name, let him know you have had trouble in the past from zero feedback bidders.  If he never contacts you, block him and cancel the auctions.

Same bidder has bid on some of my things. Might just be a new bidder? We all had zero feedback at some point. :) At least you know it's not just somebody bidding on only your stuff.

One of our guys isn't it? Thought I saw someone here announcing this new variation or is that just my imagination?

If you as a seller need certain information from a buyer then I think it would be fair to let buyers know of this in the auction listing before someone makes a bid. Besides if this buyer ends up being an idiot then block the bastard! :)

Well, whoever it was, they've been outbid on almost everything they bid on, so I'm not worried about it anymore.  I hate to jump the gun, but I hate to get jerked around more.  Thanks to everyone for the help. :)

Oh crap, hang_the_hobbits!!!!  just bid on my stuff, and I thought I had him blocked.  He's blocked now, but isn't he trouble? I'm going to wait a couple of days and see if he get's outbid, but if not, I'll cancel his bid.  At least he won't be able to bid on anything else.  What's the deal with him anyway? :?:

hang_the_hobbits!!! is the current name of mordor_muppet, formerly known as this_is_mine_so_piss_off, formerly known as sir_lance_u_alot_sales (and probably a few others I'm forgetting).

Shiller and unreasonably demanding customer from what I recall.  Who was it who had the bad experience with them?

It's a she ... and it was Brian who had the initial bad experience, I believe.

Benjoshua, shields up!: Cancel that bid! This is not a good person we're talking about here, seriously. This is a hateful, vile package of pure vindictiveness and spite. I'm not even kidding.

(I'm going to bump that recent thread that discussed this idiot, too.)

Canceled!  Thanks for all the help.  I made sure all her aliases were blocked as well.  Can't wait to see if any fireworks develop.

Avoid this buyer named turial in Ireland.  Buyer paid for a book on Friday, 12/5 and I shipped his book out on Monday 12/8.  He got his book in 4-5 days from the US to Ireland.  And now he leaves a neutral for me for slow shipment!  What a jackass!

Not to defend somebody many think is an a**hole, but I made a purchase from hang_the_hobbits!!! some time back and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise.

The items were good, the shipping was fast, and everything was well packaged.

But then again, she never BOUGHT anything from me when I was selling on eBay....

Just throwin' in my two pennies worth.

Thanks. Blocked. Check out this dudes feedback left for others. This is exactly why ebay screwed sellers with the new feedback policy. How long until he starts the feedback extortion scam...
