Ah, here's one auction that steals from Badmike, but there are several others.

thats just so unfair that isnt it :(

that really shouldnt be allowed. if someone cant come up with their own listing, they shouldnt be listing imo.

really pisses me off that.

i have only ever used anothers listing once, and i asked first and a.n.other was fine with it - the only way i would do so.

BC - just to add salt into the wound, i sold a DA1 too for a little more than that other ebayer did as well - man your auctions suck :D (j/k)

Well, at least the idiot didn't steal my shipping/payment/item description information also...I"ve actually had that happen, on occasion.....
Geez, I copy the information on the back of the module and add maybe two lines of original exposition, and this guy can't even come up with his own pitch and has to cut and paste, even using the same font, layout, sizes, etc.  I can't even get angry at such laziness...although I'm composing a private email at the moment.

I don't know, I"m thinking of adding a little story to each of my listings, have some characters named, I dunno, Solomon, Ed, Guido, just something off the top of my head, unless it's already been done....

Did you read this freak's statement at the bottom? What a load of horse manure.  He's approaching CreepontheBorderland or Jonb retardedness:

All items are in stock at time of Auction.  If it is out of stock at end of auction, you can wait for it to become available (generally less than 30 days) or request an immediate refund

*Important* Please read! All of our items are in stock at the time they are listed. However, due to the high demand of some products, some products may go "out of stock" while waiting for payment from you. When this happens, you will be allowed to wait for the item to come in, substitute another product of the same money value or you are entitled to a full refund. In this case, I will notify you by email immediately!

Does this mean what I think it means???? 8O  8O  8O  8O  HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE THE ITEMS IN STOCK?

I'm going to list a few items tonight, I think I"ll list an orange B3 in SW, an ST1, a woodgrain box...now, just to let you know, they MIGHT not be in stock by the time you win the auction, but what the hell, in about 30 days unless I find another I'll send your money back...
  Yeh right....

Further investigation, I think these are the items he might run out of...yeh, at $200 bucks a pop, these are going to be FLYING out of there:

cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem& ... 6&rd=1

Program Includes:
Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix (750g)
Formula 2 Multivitamin Complex
Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder
Cell Activator
Herbal Concentrate Original (50g)
Cell-U-Loss®
Total Control®
Snack Defenseâ„¢
Sampler Pack of 14 snacks: 4 Bars (1 Peanut Butter, 1 Chocolate Coconut, 1 Lemon, 1 Chocolate Fudge), 4 Roasted Soy Nuts, 2 Peach Mango Beverage Mix, 2 Wild Berry Beverage Mix, 2 Creamy Chicken Soup.

I think "Snack Defense" is what the Dallas Cowboys need to implement this season, everyone carry a couple of Twinkies or Twix bars in their back pockets in case the opposing QB gets hungry, toss the snack in the air and the QB might drop the football and go for the creamy filling, brilliant....

How about this line:

Moronic Seller wrote:RUSH Delivery... Need your item quick? We offer a 2 day delivery option available starting at $19.95

Gee, only $19.95 and they can send my item by Priority Mail.  Wow what a bargain.

Just a thought... wouldn't it been good to design a common Acaeum format for publishing auctions on Ebay?

That could have a good side effect for the site traffic - and help everyone, especially the Ebay beginners - to start off with some professional punch.

And well, everyone could just steal that... but I bet a design could even be deposited, though I'm no lawyer.

Any feedback?

Yeh, especially since overnight is only what, $14 or so?  Must be a special service for the fatties who have to have the fruit bars, multivitamins, shake mix and Snack Defense right away (since I push the scales at 260, I can use the politically incorrect term "fatties", cause let's face it this spare tire hanging here ain't no muscle).
Let's hope this cretin sticks to shady diet schemes and stops dealing in RPGs....

Well, to try to throw a positive this guy's way, I did order an I3-5 Supermod and a Gazetteer from him last week and everything went silky smooth.

I agree his descriptions are a little, well, strange, but I'd order from him again (although not diet supplements, mind you!)
