It's not the Dragon #27 I remember...I guess the french version uses a different numbering scheme.  If you're looking for early issues, buyer beware.

I am pretty sure that this is probably a special issue produced only in France. The date on the magazine is for December 1995/January 1996. It is probabaly along the same lines as the UK Dragons that were produced starting in January of 1988.
