i've had both boxes a few times....personally, i felt the material was a little "samey" and really didnt do it for me, so i keep selling them again

they crop up very often...but still see the Kara-Tur one sell reasonably well the odd time here n there, tho for not as much as you quoted above.

they are not even rare or even slightly rare imo

Though it's been some time I've seen a "From The Ashes" box on ebay. You were able to get them much more often about 1/2 to 3/4 a year ago.

I felt extremely lucky to get this one for less than $40.  I was worried about the condition as the seller didnt describe it very well but it is in almost near mint condition.  I have been trying to get one for about a year but they always seem to go for $50 or more and most of them are in less than desireable shape.
