Yes, we are guessing on actual sale of current item.
Someone...brought up the fact some guesses were way to high and that is where the discussion about relative value kicked in. We digressed ... as these strings tend to do

Everything needs a good home! Though I must confess, I did something very bad a few weeks ago. Along with a LOT that I purchased were a Deck of Encounters and a Deck of Magical Things. Both the Decks arrived with the boxes completely crushed (they were surely in bad shape even before the damage incurred in the shipping). The cards were everywhere - all mixed up and had no organization.

I looked at them . . .

. . . and then at the piles of stuff I have around . . .

. . . at the top of the bookcases that has inevitably become the home of "odd-shaped" items (and ones that I never getting around to selling) . . .

. . . and then at all the baby toys/diapers bags/assorted chaos left in baby's wake (which becomes a daily project of picking up and putting away) . . .

. . . and I thought about how much I didn't even want the freakin' things around . . . so I just gathered them all up and tossed them in the garbage!

I still feel pretty bad for doing it . . . but what the hell am was I going to do with them? They were a moronic product anyway . . .

I was going to guess 1,200, but with someone capping me at 1215, I'm not sure enough on it.

Ah, speaking of which, I spoke to Paul and he needs to write a book when the Kuntz auction is over.  Rob is the original font of all knowledge from a trufan's viewpoint without any daggers in anyone's back.  Every gap, every true story, from before there was a TSR to today ...

He's really swamped with the Kuntz auction, every turn shows up with more stuff -- all of it remarkable.

The relevance of this to the Princess auction is that I got a private bid on my B3 -- no names, and Paul is considering it.  His evaluation is that mine is in better condition than this one, so I'm really curious how this auction goes vis a vis whether Paul will take the private offer or push on.

I'm amazed to see it at          US $725.00      with          3 days 22 hours     to go.

Anyway, Paul promised to get back to the private bidder sometime next week (assuming Paul has a mind and his health left), right now he has an incredible amount of Kuntz stuff to process.
