Good thread here:

Tracy Hickman discussing Daystar West productions. He also found some other rares. Enjoy!

Interesting, especially the part about finding a leftover Pharoah and Rahasia. 8O Maybe you should invite him post here too. :D

8O  8O  8O Wow, talk about a treasure, the printed cover for "Eye of the Dragon"!  8O  8O  8O The inspiration for Dragon Lance! Where's that manuscript!

Well one thing that can be deducted from this Jeff is that Tracy was "printing" covers for the Daystar stuff.  8)

Possibly, I have a few final follow-up questions in to Tracy on the cover printing question and the printing sequence of Rahasia/Pharaoh

Does anyone know if the Hickmans ever produced these adventures in any form?

VAMPYR (level 7-
BRIMSTONE (levels 9+)

Also, did Tracy Hickman ever find his copies of EYE OF THE DRAGON (level 5-6) in his storage?
That would very cool to have.

Does anyone know if this thread was archived anywhere? The link is dead. Was the cover art for Eye of the Dragon printed?

This week I've been mostly eating . . . chicken and wild rice soup.

Its not all of it but it was the best the gods could do... From memory he had some 20? 50? covers of Eye of the Dragon printed, but never had the mod printed....

Research

It was actually five hundred copies!  And he's apparently still got them.  A bit of a goldmine, there, even though I'm guessing they're in the black-line-art style of Pharaoh and Rahasia.

Well there you go ... yes and no really on the money.. What is 1 of 500 covers worth? You know he has 500 of them would there be that many people after one?.. a curiosity maybe... $10 or so maybe (signed of course...)  But still if he could sell them all for that much thats still $5k...

I don't know if this was mentioned here on the Acaeum, but Tracy Hickman now has a Q&A thread in Dragonsfoot's General Discussion forum.
