Or of course if you look at this one:

His words in the description
This Lot contains a VERY RARE D&D 1st Edition Adventure....BR1 TRAGEDY IN THE HOUSE OF BRODELN!!! 1995 copyright, and produced by Kenzer & Company!!!

Sh*t, I didn't know they were still producing first edition stuff
in 1995, I must be a f*cking idiot for not knowing that.[/quote]

Once again, those that are still choosing to deal with him, this is the sort of eff up you have decided to buy from: Doesn't mention that the first item is from the "Castles" boxed set and presents it as a stand alone, rare item; and the second item is a generic adventure put out by Kenzer and is by no means rare, D&D, or 1st edition. The "man" has no ethics or integrity and is the sort of idiot that "makes the sale" no matter what misinformation concerning his product he peddles to get it done. Think about it when you place your next bid....

I have a VERY RARE, OUT OF PRINT, FIRST EDITION Dungeons and Dragons: 30 Years of Adventure coffee table book that I would be happy to bludgeon him with.  Afterwards, I will sell it to the highest bidder here.  Any takers?

I would be very interested, but only if I get a copy of the tape that shows the bludgeoning happening.

well he is multi-class, Ekim. He's a 0 Level Liar, 14th Level Crook. He's crap at lying and has been out many times, so hasnt mastered that one yet, but has vast experience at ripping off ppl, but hasnt been laid low yet - always seems able to evade being caught.

hit points? no one has been able to find out yet.

Nope, he's human (maybe) so he must be double-classed.

He left his previous class of Thief, and began anew in the specialist class of Crook (nobody said that the guy was smart), but he's not the same level he was before, so he still can't touch the Thief THACOs and such.

But I'd think him in 1st edition terms.

You remember UA and the thief-acrobat?

Well, that sums it all up.

Nothing like some good ole retaliatory feedback for a well earned negative:

eBay Feedback Profile for jonb7839

Gee I wonder if EBay is going to remove Ian's feedback too.

I'm pretty sure it's against eBay policy to say someone's NAME in feedback. I think that a complaint will get it removed. (since mbassoc is refered to by his first name . . .)

Good call ... I wasn't sure about this, so I took a journey into eBay's semi-useful, so-called "help" pages and found this under "Feedback Abuse":

"A member includes another member's name or phone number in a feedback comment. eBay will remove the feedback upon request of the seller."

Now, the wording there is sort of goofy ... I'm guessing the last word should be "user" not "seller." Obviously, both sellers and buyers are perfectly capable of abusing the feedback system ...

I think our colleague mbassoc has got a legitimate case here.

well THAT is the biggest load of bollox i have ever seen on ebay. it really is. i have dealt with Ian many many times and i would totally put my trust in him 100% and if he says it aint arrived, then it aint. he is prb in the top 3 of ppl i have ever dealt with - and would do without question. this jonb chap needs a good bitch-slapping - that was well out of order and if ebay doesnt do something about THAT, then there really isnt any justice in the world and we may as well just give up and wither away.

what a wanker.

the feckin guy should be ashamed of himself - barring surface mail and m-bags, NOTHING ever takes feckin 3 weeks to get here.

Al

ps. one thing is for sure - i am soooooooo glad i didnt deal with him this time and get shafted for a third time by him.

Leaving a name in his negative feedback is the ETC/TGE signature move.  Look at his old feedbacks under those other IDs and you will see he did it all the time.

yes i also noticed that too, as well as the "thats dirty" comment.....runs quite fluently with what he used to say in his other incarnations too.

how ebay can't see their arse from their elbow on this issue, has utterly astounded me. just goes to show how how few morals some ppl have when there is $$$ involved.

I was tempted to bid on this one... large lot of stuff... and look who's the winner.

It's the same person who said that his dead brother left him a warehouse full of stuff to sell. Yes, dead brother my fat ass.
