But surely if you buy from him, you are contibuting to this pattern. There is very little difference in buying stolen goods from a known theif on eBay, and buying PDFs on CD and then complaining about the sellers.

The same goes for me. I look at his items for sale and have to stop myself putting in a low bid. I got stiffed by ETC and I'm not convinced that ETC/TGE/Jon aren't one and the same.

Good luck to those who decide to bid. I hope that the circumstantial evidence proves to be wrong. Or, if it doesn't, you get in early enough to have a decent chance of getting your wins.

ETC/GAME EMPORIUM/jonb7839 is now lisas_stuff_too!

Well, I for one was under the impression that a certain seller was going to have a -5 or worse rating pdq....
Not that I was going to participate in that, so the only option when it didn't happen was to put $ on the line myself and see whether he was going to put a foot wrong, given that eBay weren't interested. (The answer looks like no, I'm afraid...).

*shrugs*. Well, I've written off the money, anyhow, and the person who receives the mods is free to do with them as they will.

I'll put one up on eBay tomorrow.

Let me know if it's <m03>'s copy, Ian.
Saves you running off any more high-res scans...

Yes, David. It'll be m03's copy. Also probably the Dungeon Tac Cards and a 1st print ready reference sheets. Finally got a minty 1st print CSIO. :D Having said that, there seems to be a lot of Tegel on eBay of late, and the prices are dropping. :(

Thanks. I kept those scans. :)

Yeah, cyclical prices; might be better holding, really...
(Ditto CSIO dropped, too, with that last batch; but more synchronicity there, phps).

*pretends not to notice mention of the Tac Cards* ;)

Congrats on the CSIO. About time, too! :P
Don't want to know how few minutes you were ahead of me, there, given that post had sat around for a few days on the "Classifieds".

I'm curious about the Tac Cards. Should there be 140 or 135?

*g*. Might give ya the same answer I gave m03 (which equates to "open the pack and see") ;)

If the numbers differences go right back to the first advert for the cards, I suspect there /shouldn't/ be any variation within that first set at least.

Sorry; only have a handful of loose cards here...

Clock isn't ticking yet on when he'll blow up....I'll wait until the first few feedbacks talking about "Received item, took a lot longer than I thought" and the first injury, illness, or computer virus related excuses that begin appearing in his feedback followups.

I think we may have a "cougar" sighting in the collecting appraisal thread. 8O *points to ST1 thread*
SOrry, but this was the best way to get everyones attention.

I believe the Latin term is something like "cougarrinard."
