only problem with the whitednd method is if they were not doing something illegal like selling copyrighted stuff you could get in some legal trouble.

I am not saying that is what I was planning, but I can see where others might do it especially ones he screwed over. Truthfully though, issuing a chargeback on items that you HAVE received also could lead to some serious legal trouble.

True, but I can think of a few ways to find out anyway.  The most obvious one would be to have him sell you back a book that you sold to him, that he supposedly never received.

cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBidI ... amp;sort=3

Anyone see something you might like to bid on?  I mean, nothing you really want that bad, just something you might want to bid a buck or two on to raise the bid?  Don't bid on something you wouldn't really want to win....in case you got stuck with it............

Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Dungeon Masters Guide
PAMPERS NAPPIES, MONEY OFF COUPONS, TOTAL £8
Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Dungeon Monster Manual II
Pampers - Easy Up Pants £4.00 Vouchers Coupons
Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Dungeon Monster Manual

Well, when you spend all day at a comp ebaying, maybe it's just easy to wear pampers for...you know....when you have to "go" but are too busy sniping/bidding.  8O

There are no bad editions of D&D, just Boring Players and Unimaginative DMs.
