I wonder if Perrin will ever get much acknowledgement for this:

Kleefeld on Comics: The Black Phantom: The First Black Superhero

I bought a copy of the fanzine by chance a few years ago without realizing what it contained, & then found that The Black Phantom reappears as an NPC in Perrin's work for Chaosium's Superworld.
