Had to get this:

D&D Icons of the Realms: Eye and Hand of Vecna | WizKids

Available now from Die Cast Games: Night of the Black Swords by Allen Hammack (Author of C2-The Ghost Tower of Inverness) with artwork by Jeff Easley and Diesel.

$129.99 is a little too steep (for me) for a "miniature" that is only ever going to be used once and then put on display.

Dave, get the barbarian in the corner a drink, quick!

I think you might be on to something here. The listing says "Contents subject to change." From another source:

Hand and Eye of Vecna | Dungeons & Dragons Lore Wiki | Fandom
"The Hand and Eye of Vecna possess a terrible curse. Gradually, they turn the user toward evil. Over time, the user begins to exhibit Vecna's personality, and many possessors began to believe that they were Vecna himself. Some believe the spirit of Vecna possesses the wielders of his relics, but it is certain that over time it corrupts them completely."

As warning labels go, "Contents subject to change" seems like an understatement.

On the other hand , if they marketed it with Wizards' other "display" items (dragon head and mind flayer trophies), I wouldn't have a problem with the price. Cool items to have, but not ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

Hasbro's revenue is down 8%, i think, year over year. Save for DnD and Magic cards, they are getting beat up. Lots of kids B-day parties got canceled over the last year I am sure.

Soooo, $120 now and put it on sale if they dont sell, but its DnD now, so they might.

Theatrical movies being pushed/delayed means no toys for those properties and of course no jobs means no one buying toys.  Puzzles and games were going like crazy though last year.

Has there been a mention of how many they will be making?  I would think anything over 500 or so would place it in the "not hard to get" category.
