I know it's a few hours early on the east coast but I am not sure i'll be online tomorrow.  It has been a tough year for many of us and hopefully this will soon be a distant memory longing to be forgotten.  I wish you and yours a great Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving!  I'm starting off with a full breakfast.  And yes, I made those scratch biscuits.

Happy Thanksgiving, All!

No turkey for this family this year (I don't really like it anyway) - Porcupine Meatballs over egg noodles.

I had to put down the turkey to ask where in the world do you find porcupine?  Is that a southwest delicacy?

Na. Just nip down to your local zoo. There's so few people about you can have one in a backpack and away before anyone notices.
Their meatballs are miniscule though, and nothing to write home about.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Oh. I should state that it's not porcupine meat meatballs - it's ground beef with rice in the meatballs. Shrinkage causes the rice to poke through the surface.

I figured I would recycle this thread.  Happy Thanksgiving everyone.  I hope everyone gets to enjoy it in the states.  No matter what you celebrate this time of the year, please take the time to cherish your loved ones.  Its been one heck of a year again. Be safe.

Happy Thanksgiving!

This year I am thankful I was actually able to try any answer some questions instead of only asking. I am still thankful for this forum which resulted in connecting me with someone who autographed my only autographed module.
