"Legions of the Petal Throne" game module book for Dungeons and Dragons. It's Fantasy Miniatures Waregame Rules for the World of Tekumel. It's marked TSR Rules and dated 1977. Has anyone ever heard of it and if so why is it not in the Acaeum listing of modules?[/img]

That's because it isn't D&D.  :)  Legions of the Petal Throne is a module for Empire of the Petal Throne, a game system put out by TSR in the mid 1970's (written by Professor Barker).  Many people have converted the richly detailed world of Tekumel to D&D rules, however.  Foul
