I will fix problems 90% of the time, and will make it up to you the other 10% of the time. If you get impatient and leave negative feedback before trying to work out the problem - well, that might effect my satisfaction, too. And, when I am not satisfied, it is reflected in MY Feedback, too.

He also canceled the NPB.I think this is only the second time I have bought an item from him (not counting the $100 Misty Isles/DG/Infernax deal) and so far no complaints.
