Also, the other bidder is overbidding the common bidding amounts ($22.50, $25.00) -- if you're shilling you wanna go under them, because you really don't want to win, you want to push up the bid but still lose.More than likely, you've just got some new competition that bumped up the bid a couple times, then realized he was outgunned.
