Not so fast.  I now have a foolproof method of asking the question without getting found out.  Use the "contact member" button on the member profile page.  That way they don't get the option to display the question and answer on the auction page.  :wink:

Doh!  I've just given my secret away.  Damn you bclarkie!  :D

The seller ended this listing early because of an error in the listing. :?:

Someone get to them with an offer they couldn't refuse?

Or persuade them that the lot should be split?

Maybe it was Aneoth ? :twisted:

He did after all say:

or is it incompetence? :?

I keep getting those two confused... :roll:

Seller never indicated to me that bidders Outside of the UK were welcome. In fact, my first attempts to bid (Made before my first related post on the Acaeum forum) were flatly rebuked with no explanation except an E-Bay automatically generated notice: "Seller does not ship to your Geographical area" or something on those lines....

You can set this in your preferences.  Along with not allowing bidders with -1, -2, or -3 feedback.

The seller probably had set up in their sellers options to prevent bids from outside the UK, which you can do. There is hope though :D , as Alan mentioned above, the seller is planning on relisting. Also, if you look at the now closed auction, there was a US bidder who bid, which leads me to believe that the seller eventually removed the ship only to the UK specification in their sellers options. :wink:

Yes, and that is to prevent whitednd & billj752 from bidding on your auctions. :D  :wink:

This might well be a case of eBay ignorance.  Most of the ultra-rares are photocopies! (Legal photocopies of the product by the copyright holder).  Unless you're inclined to believe they typed out each original, a photocopying process was involved, and a printing press would be far too expensive for this sort of thing.  :lol:

Another one from these people;

http://www.stud.uni-hamburg.de/users/af ... others_lz/

Wilmark Dynasty

Another company first reported by Mike Badolato:

"The Burgundy Pit. Mike Badolato wrote: "The book is of standard size and has a red cover with a terrible drawing on the front...every map and drawing looks like it was done by a 10 year old. It was published in 1981 by John Corradin, but the adventure itself was played in the Penn Con '78 tournament." Seems to have been a real killer as no player at the convention survived this one. Probably all got killed by the terrible artwork...(*grin*)"

Last one from them I had a bid in on was "The Vampyre's Mirror" (went for $21.50), although I think there may have been other titles since.
