While the "D" runs off the banner on several printings to a minor degree, the occurance specified in the 1st printing is much more severe than that. Also this copy is listed as having 240 pages, the earlier printings have only 232. Unless you're a printing completist like me, it's probably not that interesting.

Why are there less pages in the earlier printings as opposed to the later printings? I have a 1st print DMG and at least at this point have not done a page by page comparison, but is it the font size of the print that causes the extra pages or is it a matter of added content to the later printings? Anyone?
