6 days left with an opening bid of $1.00.

In addition to all the other problems: check out those sharp six-siders that Gamma World never came with. Where are the TSR polys that should be seen in that photo?

If anyone's interested, there's a better version of early GW up on eBay right now. I know the seller; he's a great guy.

This looks legit to my untrained eye. Going to keep an eye on this one.

Looks legit enough, not that I've ever seen a forged white box...though it is curious that the printing on the side of the box is so mis-aligned...anyone seen one like this before?

I wasn't referring to the possibility of a forged box. I was thinking that the shrinkwrapping looks bona fide. But I noticed the misaligned text, too. I haven't seen many white boxes but I've never seen one like that. On the other hand, misaligned print in general is a common phenomenon.

Mine has a somewhat misaligned side box as well.

You're quoting the seller?* Crikey. Well, that's my untrained eye for ya! The box does look as though it's spent its life covered in shrinkwrap but knowing that the original shrinkwrap has been removed kind of takes the fun out of it. I can't believe I just wrote that.

* Ah. I hadn't updated the page in my browser. I see it now. He's got it back to front though; they re-wrapped it before the pics were taken. Anyway, it's still an excellent OCE set.

Ditto. Not as misaligned as the one shown, but not too far off.

Geez.  Just trying to get some exposure and this thread is more than appropriate.  I'd created the other before I saw this.

The incredible shrinking BIN? Nice catch. Clearly, I still have a lot to learn. :(

Absolutely not. This thread has always been used for posting special or rare items or really good bargains. The stuff you promote is none of that, it's common material. You posted it in the classified section, that was enough.

Anyway, if you're not only here to promote your eBay sales, please Introduce Yourself, Fellow Collector.

Crossposting is considered by a lot of folks (and on pretty much any message board) to be rude - that's what the Classified board is for, you posted your stuff on the main General board.

Posting to this thread was appropriate, but not so much after you'd already posted the same stuff twice, once on the wrong board. And, as folks will point out, this is a board for collectors (and wanna-be collectors :P), not a board for free advertising.
