The box is one big pile of poop but the contents look nice.  Maybe one of you guys with just a box can get this one cheap.

Good spot on this one. However, a quick note to potential bidders: note the line in the description about how "most" of the posters and inserts are missing. My guess: "most" means "all."

And just what, exactly, do you mean by "whiteys"?

Just kidding, of course!

Anyone need an instant Planescape collection?  Also check out some of the questions that are being asked.  A couple of them are pretty funny.

Heh, there's some discussion of that auction over on the PS board too.

Personally, I find it hilarious that he's using Amazon prices to compare to anything. If I could actually sell stuff at what folks on Amazon are trying to get for their old D&D stuff, I could retire :P

One thing I can never understand about these idiots who list: "Well, I could get $xxx.xx on Amazon", is that if you can get that much on Amazon then why the hell are you selling on Ebay?! Yea, I know you like to lose money right, or is it you are doing EBay the favor by listing your auction there. Morons.

The sad thing is, it probably works.

I went through the entire listing on Amazon for D&D stuff, I think it was around 700 listings or something obscene, 10 at a time, checking to see if there were any good deals to be found. There's not. Anything that isn't currently in print has positively *stupid* asking prices from the "used" sellers. Planescape stuff was particularily awful - I saw a lot of the people asking $150+ for the boxed sets, and $40+ for the modules.
