What's the draw here, rarity? They aren't old enough to get "history" points. They aren't cool enough to get "novelty" points. I don't get it. (Early D&D rares are way cooler. )

All of the "Power 9" cards and Lotus in particular have taken a 200+% price hike in the last two years. This mainly due to Wizards showing a lot more support for the Type 1/Vintage format where you can play these cards.
