Now I had to come up with a question that someone couldn't just "look-up" the answer to.  So, tell me. . .  In what first edition AD&D hardcover book will you find the word "Kevokulli" ?   What is it in reference to/what does it mean/what is it?

Hey I just looked it up in the original! It's in the reference of MMII and describes a Type V demon in MMI, page 19.

I wish you had asked for the "Son of Kyuss", though, an AD&D monster that gave name to the greatest band of the last century ...
