From the Acaeums listing, conveniently copied so you won't have to go look....

"Monster & Treasure Assortment Set Three

First (1978):  Lizard logo.  TSR Stock Number on bottom left is "9015" (there is no "F" code printing for this Set... TSR had already switched over to their four-digit stock number system).  Much like Set Two above,  the rear cover boldly states that this is Set One: "this Monster And Treasure Assortment (Levels One to Three)....", though it lists prices for all three Sets.  Thanks to Neville Ridley-Smith for help with this info."

Note: The Bold, Italics, and underline are my additions.

The Shrink Wrapped copy I just obtained (Through a private sale) does NOT have all three Monster & Treasure Assortment sets with prices listed on the back page. It only lists the first two sets, levels 1-3 and levels 4-6.  :? Is my copy a Hybrid?

The rest of the statement by Acaeum above matches my copy exactly.

BTW: In that same purchase, I also obtained Monster & Treasure Assortment Sets one and two (Also SW) and they also show only Monster & Treasure Assortment sets one and two with prices on the rear page.....

Does your copy match the description for the second print of set three?

Second:  Wizard logo.  Continues to state that it's Set One on the back.  Lists prices for items, but does not list Monster & Treasure Assortment Set Three in this list.  Thanks to Michael Deaton and Rene Hurka for this info.

Nope. All of the three sets have the Lizard logo.
