Can it be ... an unpuched H1 and not a single cougar in sight?

I do not hate the Cougar at all.  Not even a little bit.....

There are however, spells when I envy his sometimes seemingly endless bank account. But, I understand his reasons for bidding on so many auctions and to some extent why he has bought so many H1's. Perhaps he feels that eventually they will be the next woodgrain box set and if so, even if nearly so, he will clean up and retire to an Island he has purchased with his H1 monies.

I think I can understand Cougar enough to know why he bids on so many auctions that I also bid on. He is a re-seller and that IMO is his main reasoning for buying. He has to restock somehow and buying large lots on E-Bay is one great way to do that. Especially if you have already bought all the Old and used Books sotres in your area dry.

I am sure I find myself bidding against him more than anyone here - he is sometimes more active than at others. . .  just as I am sometimes looking to "buy, buy, buy" or "sell, sell, sell".  Depends on current inventory and current cashflow.

Sometimes the boxes pile up on the floor and remain unopened for days. . . the bookshelves overflow, the scanner is always running and the wife never looks happy.

Sometimes you need more, but can't seem to win anything.  The shelves begin to thin and you have time to list the "difficult" stuff (like boxed sets and Avalon Hill wargames) - so you lower your profit margins to keep things going at a steady pace and furiously try to hit every lot over the course of a weekend.

Or, maybe he's on holiday. . .
:)

You can link to my current auctions under the classified section.

He is bidding on about 25 of them. And guess what? I now require international bidders to email prior to bidding. He just ignored that restriction and went ahead and bid anyway.

I am considering what action to take...

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!
