This one might be missing the last page, according to the seller. This copy also isn't registered on The Acaeum, but it does look authentic.

Honestly i dont know if the BIN is "fair"...

IMHO, in that condition, I'd say so. Mine is in way worse condition and I think I paid a bit more at the time.

I saw this.. The third pic shows some kind of brown splotch. Not sure how it got there if always in shrink. Maybe moisture? It kind of looks like the top layer of "box" was torn but maybe a stain?

Someone here could speak to it more intelligently or more wisely than me...

From the seller: "Found in our basement and never opened the box or outer covering. It does not look like the box was compromised by moisture...".

The shrink looks terrible for being left untouched in a basement...this could be a good case for {...gulp...} removing it.

Looks to maybe be paper from cardboard sticking to this SW. Hard to tell with the small pictures. Just the shape and color make me think that.
