I was a little concerned about the damage as well, but I think that, and I haven't seen copies other than the After-Glow and Judges Guild Codex, that most if not all of the known copies have some cover damage. I'm happy to have won it, it's a nice early D&D treat that may come along again, but probably not for a long time.

Question: How many here have a copy? And is it undamaged?

The images at both places are of the item you now own, I supplied both websites with the image they are using.  I have one more copy in my personal collection that is in better condition:
