...2nd Edition Collection with over half the collection being 1st edition

Shouldn't that make it a 1st Edition collection, with many 2nd Edition items. At least a mix of the 2 editions!

Unless it is a really large collection I would be hard pressed to see $100 UPS shipping. So I can pay $450 right now with shipping and not picture one or even a listing of the items....someone stop me quick

If those were only worth $25.00 each 8O

Think about it though, a new book is $30.00 so it is not such a stretch for a person not following the market as closely as we do to assume that 1st ed books would be worth somewhat the same.

Coug's been trying to corner the market on H1 for a long time (several years).  Usually he starts it out a 99 pence with some ridiculous reserve price.

I would have to guess his reserve was 70 pounds on his previous 99 pence auctions then. How long has he been doing that? Seems like forever.

It's all well and good that this guy is sending the proceeds to buy care packages, and no disrespect meant towards the military at all.

But the "avid collector's" appraisal in the last paragraph is laughable.  Unless there's a Fazzle/ST1 that I missed.

I have a feeling the avid  D&D collector the person talked to was a make believe person.  I think they are just trying to pump up the auction to get more money; it's going to be pretty shocking when this package goes for under $2000....way under.

If it goes over $50 something is way wrong.

The items are fine, but the question at the bottom needs interpreting:

Dungeons and Dragons Modules Lot | eBay

The question as written:
hi, I am 5210 rated, a Powerseller & could pay with pay pal (or cash US) I ask as I live in UK, may I bid please? Obviously I would pay shipping charges,(GPM for smaller items or surface (M bag) preferred. Thanks for your time either way, no offence taken or intended Please "reply" to this so I know which auction were on about, thanks Failing that I now have a USA based address you can send item(s) to that will be forwarded to me, would that be better/ok? --Dave

The REAL question:
Hi there! I saw your lot on eBay, and seeing as I am trying to corner an uncornerable D&D market by buying up lots and selling individual pieces for prices that make the current US gasoline prices look like chickenfeed, can I bid on it? I know you said US only, but I am a Diamond-Encrusted, Ruby-Clawed PowerScrewer so you know that I know how to work the eBay/Paypal system to my advantage. Just take a look at all the feedback I have gotten from double-digit IQed buyers (ignore the ones I cornholed, they deserved it). I will offer to pay you in cash or Paypal, but we both know I will use Paypal so I can chargeback the purchase at my whim. I insist on M bags for overseas shipping, because they are stupidly cheap and I want to fuck the few people who buy shit from me out of every farthing I can, so I need to cut corners as much as possible. If shipping overseas is absolutely out of the question, I'll just have you send it to my toady in the US and HE can M bag it to me, but rest assured I will want you to send it the cheapest way possible. If you could pay some poor down-on-his-luck soul $10, attach a sled to him and have him drag it to my toady's hole, that would be best. Thanks!----Cougarretard (insert picture of favorite feline ripping guts out of a carcass here)

How about " Please send it M-bag so if this auction is real expensive I can reverse the charges from paypal because there is no tracking or proof I ever got the item.  I have only done this 10 or 20 times in the past so rest assured I will screw you out of your stuff and your money
