Or you could just use a liger. After all, they are bred for their magical skills.

The "oversized lemur-men" was actually a reference to one of the player character races in my home-grown fantasy campaign world, as yet sadly incomplete.

However, ligers: http://www.sierrasafarizoo.com/animals/liger.htm are pretty darn cool, too.  Or is there a D&D monster known as liger which I'm unfamiliar with?

In particular, the outright lie "Not seen on ebay before".

I'm sure they have Dire Undead Ligers in 3E.

If you hit a Rowsdower, you get to keep it.

Gamma World TSR: Role Playing Games | eBay

Gamma World TSR Science Fiction RPG 1983
terriers, Bassets, Beagles Kennels

Nothing about these dog breeds in the description. Maybe they are the Seller's favorite stocks for mutant animals....Life Leech Basset Hound anyone?

They have one other auction with the same subtitle. It's a book on Stonehenge. Was it was built by ancient pack of little dogs? 8O

Note the "Godd condition."  That's not listed as an option here on the Acaeum, but I'm guessing that's pretty impressive?

Ok, how people feel about this seller is well-documented here, but this is extreme even for them:

cgi.ebay.com/TSR-9061-S4-The-Lost-Caver ... dZViewItem

That's "fine" condition?  WTF?   8O

Actually, according to our system posted at:

http://www.titangamesandmusic.com/Titan ... tions.html

(or find the item condition codes button, on the left of the main screen)

the item's actually being intact is what qualifies it as "fine" - as soon as loose pages appear, the grade drops to "very good"

Now though the Tsojconth in question is probably bad enough to drop to "very good" because of its many defects, technically, it's intact...

It's important to remember the entire world doesn't use the Acaeum grading system!  I wouldn't have put that higher (or lower) than VG, though.   8)

"This module is missing pages 27 to 38 but otherwise, is in good condition."

Seems quite contradictory to me.

I looked at the sellers completed items. They appear to do some stuff with dog books and the like. I suspect it was carry over from other postings in whatever listing tool they may use. That being said your explination sounds much better
