I guess you'd better take note if you ever need to purchase either felt-tipped pens or feminine products in France.   8O

Alright, who actually had the T-bag to actually ask for a BIN after there was already bids on it:

And they are selling under the name discount-hq. How much of a discount is it with $13.84 for shipping within the lower 48 (only place they ship), and then $13.84 each additional item with $3.86 Insurance required. They say

"Most people receive their item within 5 business days. We have some of the fastest shipping on ebay!! Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship outside of the lower 48 United States at this time. "

At $13.84 I darn well almost expect it next business day or hand delivered.  Gotta say it is crap like this that makes buying on eBay not as much of a cost savings as it once was. People making the money on "S&H" and not the item. At least they are sort of upfront about it. I had one the other day that hid their $8.00 handling charge per item in the middle of their auction text. Luckily someone outbid me.

Didn't notice til after I posted.  They have ZERO feedback and FIFTY ONE THOUSAND listings.  My guess is that they are just drop shipping the item from another website.  Ugh.

oh...

446... :o

(aside, from that little experiment I'd guess that a manual snipe put in 5 seconds before auction end has at least a 1 in 50 chance of not getting there in time. And don't even think about 2-3 seconds... Does that tally? ;)
And that was when eBay was running smoothly.)
