Exactly what are you "wowing" about? The fact that someone would actually pay $10 for a cd full of someone else's Gen Con experiences, or "duct tape girl"? 8O

The fact that someone would actually try to sell pictures of a con. It's not like there aren't a whole lotta pictures up.

Duct tape girl.. *shrug* Finding far more "interesting" things online isn't difficult ;)

I am embarrassed to be in the same country/province as this guy.  Either he's shady, laughable, or I've just uncovered a stash of rares in my own home...  8O

-DEITIES & DEMIGODS By James M. Ward with Robert J. Kuntz (TSR; May 1980)- 128 pgs. 2nd or 3rd edition (I think). Good+ copy.

5 original 1980s AD D DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS rule books | eBay

Also included is a chapter I photocopied from the first edition of DEITIES & DEMIGODS on Melnibonian Mythos (Elric of Melnibone series by Michael Moorcock). 9 pages total. This chapter was struck from subsequent editions, I believe due to copyright infringement.

Hay isn't that copyright infringement also?

I wonder if the idiot who is actually buying it realizes that he is not even getting the Cthulhu pages, just the Melnibonean ones.

That's not too crazy. D1-2, Q1, three pastels, and two commons. All look like they're in good shape, so it's high, but not creep1962 or coug level high ;)

You can actually buy someone elses pictures on CD. :o

Am I really stupid or isn't picture number two basically any cyber-goth but more importantly - a "nurse" type and not a nun?

Sometimes I wish I had the guts to wear things like that, but then I remember how hot & uncomfortable rubber & pvc can be & how stupid you can look in it unless you actually are in a goth nightclub.

Almost related... *I'm* getting silly, not the description:

MOZART Da Ponte Operas 9 CD NEW RICARDO MUTI | eBay

unquote:

"A major soloist in Don Giovanni (Disks 4-6) being the noted mezzo Susanne Mentzer, world-famous sister of the obscure RPG author of the 1980s (now a bakery manager), FRANK Mentzer!"

Anybody like Classical? It's a good set...

AD D Monster Manual 1st ed 1st print UK softback rare | eBay

The Erratic Sheet- When one of these rare, magical sheets of papyrus is placed in a normal AD&D book, it transforms the book into a more rare or earlier printing of the book. Beware, 1 in 10 of these items are cursed so that they degrade the book by 1d4 condition levels.

Looks like the first edition book, which tended to explode out of its binding.  I put mine into a notebook rather than fight the trend.

Dog not included?

eBay listings

Is it just me, or does the idea of a dog sprawling all over the book kind of make you think twice about purchasing?
