cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&a ... 1&rd=1

Particularly the line reading:

The Fiend Folio, Unearthed Arcana, and Legends and Lore are very, very hard to find, even on eBay.

Are you kiddin' me?

Ohhhhhhhh, so THAT is what that crayon was for.  Geez, I'm so dumb.  :D

Oh wait, it's ashhoe

It's a high BIN, but nothing says you have to pay it.  At least it's not a high minimum.  More importantly, why would you even look at it when the same seller has two 1st printings up right now?    Prices are pretty low at the moment.

Looks like Ashhoe is getting desperate.  1st - 4th printings and no BIN or reserve....he must have been lit up with emails from members for the above auction idiocy.  Heck, he even "borrowed" The Acaeum descriptions for the books.  How nice of him to say so.  :P

Not really a laughable item description but a smart way of "tagging" an auction for pretty much all possible search strings about RPG collecting

http://cgi.ebay.ch/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... eName=WD2V

Nicely done....somehow

What is REALLY funny is that Ashhoe obviously must have seen the entries about him and the idiotic auction.

Not quite as good as our parody version on here a while back...(search for it, I think it's under the thread keyword spamming)

Here it is, dark's version was the best:

It's Tonya's swap shop. Why did I always think it was Tony ass wap shop?

She must lurk around here, she has changed her name to Tonyas Games.

You know, I seem to recall an email from Titan Games that said that the ass wap shop is run by the daugther of one of the dudes from Titan Games.

I love the "X out of ten" rating system used.

Yup.  Pass.  These have been getting "trendy" lately though...I've noticed a general increase in price over the last 6 months, even with wizard logos...he'll probably get close to $150 if his reserve doesn't squash it.

Not so much a laughable description, but a laughable item. I think we need to define a new grading scale, where POOR is not the lowest entry ...

Wrong, Ralf, I did laugh at this description.  Then again, what could the guy say? "Piece of shit, make me an offer"
