Perhaps the seller is trying to cover up damage or something? Weird anyway.

I think he's got something else to hide.

I had this happen to me once. It is a scanner malfunction. At one time I used my scanner instead of my digital camera.

I am not saying he didn't do it on purpose, but just another point of reference.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

What I don't get, though, is how this guy's scanner then took control over his entire computer system, typed up a listing for him, and forced him to use that particular scan.

And, for added humor, the scan is hardly the only thing wrong with the listing. Press "page down" a couple of time to see this:

" ]+>C?H?F?A?U?S?D?G?B?P?E?U?R?[\s]*[\$]*[\u00A3]*[\s]*([\d]?[\.\,]?[\d]?[\d]?[\d]?[\.\,]?[\d]*[\d,\.]+)[]?E?U?R?<.*/i;varqe=/ViewBids&item=[\d]*[\d]+">([\d]+)[\s]/i;varte=/ReturnUser.{5}&requested=(.{3,30})&iid/i;varf1=ii.match(re);varf2=ii.match(qe);varf3=ii.match(te);if(f1&&typeof(f1[1])!=mm){fig=f1[1];}else{fig=0;}for(i=0;i< 0;}DOCUMENT.WRITE(?> "); <scriptlanguage="javascript">varloc=location.href;varitemReserve=(self.itemReserve)?itemReserve:"none";varpageName=(self.pageName)?pageName:"none";varitemNumBids=(self.itemNumBids)?itemNumBids:"none";varfig;varnob;varhib;varamt="";varbb=document.body;varmm='undefined';varii=bb.innerHTML;varre=/ "

This is hiliarious, considering the photo and the auction title together.

** expired/removed eBay auction **

I don't feel appreciative, somehow.  :?  Still, it looks like a potentially good pickup, if you're brave.

Check out my question on the Deimos-posted auction above. I felt a bit bad, she seemed nice....

I sent her a nice message with the link to the photo I lightened asking her if she would like to use it to replace her existing one. It will be interesting to see if she adds it to her listing.

Aw, dammit.  I hate it when that happens.  Well, it was funny enough post twice.

Heh..this is getting even better. Instead of uploading the picture that I lightened she just posted my message with the URL in questions from buyers.
I guess I will have to leave that image up for the duration of her auction now.

It's too bad, because she only has one bidder on an auction that could have brought in more money....maybe she should start hyping it by inventing an army of watchers who are waiting to bid and telling us all to hurry up or she'll pull the auction.

The massive shipping charge, combined with the dark picture, leads me to suspect she is hiding the quality of the publications.  Too bad for her.

I'm only posting this here because I found the font to be nearly crypto.

cgi.ebay.com/D-D-Seven-7-Various-Dungeo ... dZViewItem

That takes a while to read on my screen and it's 21". 8O

Maybe get out my "magic viewer!"

Can't decide which is funnier.  The blacked out auction or the half scan that actually has the title of "you must see!"

That font gives me a headache just looking at it (on my 19").

Another auction with a pretty much unintelligable photo.  Includes the instruction "If you can't see it ask me if it is in this lot."

http://i9.ebayimg.com/05/i/07/a3/31/c4_1.JPG

How hard would it have been to just type up a list of the 23 items?
