I've always been the one that was the "artist" in my groups. My style tends towards the cartoony side though. But I still to this day do sketches of my characters.

Here's a sketch of a cleric I played, named Gunther:

It must be cool being able to draw...reminds me a little bit of the old Fineous strip.

I loved Fineous Fingers. I had to hunt down The Fineous Treasury on eBay recently cuz I lost my original copy.

Seems to me that we may be really starting to get on Coug's nerves. Check out Coug's about me page

The artist formerly known as the Titanium Power Seller wrote:And if the idiots who watch me so closely from a very minor web site bothered to do any research instead of justing thinking they knew it all they would know they have been wrong continually and not just about this, never mind, jelousy is a terrible thing. I do pity & forgive them all. Lets see if they laugh out loud now? If some perople spent less time watching my business and actually doing their own they may have more reasonable ratings. Its great to know i have sold more items on ebay than all their combined pitiful jealous efforts.

That is so funny and yet so sad all at the same time.  I also especially love the thing about having "reasonable ratings".

Oh, and since I now that you are reading this Dave.

LOL!!!

Didn't Killjoy say that Coug would never waste his time reading posts on the Acaeum?  He must be reading something.

Much fun to read that Cougarrinard actually does have a soft spot for this (admittedly) minor website.

The thing is, Ebay collecting is a small small world....and Coug just let us know that something does get under his hide.  People might even go looking for the Acaeum just because he mentioned us.  Nice.

Oh, he's definitely been a lurker for a while ... <**hi, Cougie! ... BITE ME!**>

It's good to see that his unhealthy obsessions with knowing more than you, having more than you, and selling more than you are still in place, though. We live in such an uncertain world ... I like to have some things I can count on.

Which issue is the "Swimsuit Issue"???

It is not in that lot that I can see. IIRC it was in the 140s though I may be off on that. It was an April Fools issue and had a big nordic looking woman on the cover.

Issue 144.  Just scanned it for inventory.

Watch out for this one...thegamebabe

Apparently he/she cannot decide whether or not an item is complete and if it is missing anything. Since they are selling AD&D items I thought I would let everyone know how "wordy" this one is.

For this auction:
cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem& ... B:AAQ:US:1
I sent the following query:
Your auction states that:

'...This box set should be fully complete except I not sure that the Ship Control Sheets are in this box. Everything else is accounted for...'

'...Should be complete...' Is it or is it not?

'...not sure that the Ship Control Sheets are in this box...' Can you check to verify, yes or no?

If you are stating that your not sure then 10 to 1 you already know that they are not, so say so since you state that '...everything else is accounted for.' which means that you know that they are not there.

I would like to bid on this but I just can't make up my mind as to its completeness or not based on your description. Please clarify with facts, not guesswork.

Thank you,

The thegamebabe reply:

I would say that if you can't make up your mind due to my description than the answer is already made up for you isn't it?

My reply:
So are the Ship Control Sheets there or not?

End reply from thegamebabe:
I would say no. I don't think that they are in this box.

Now since he has items up like this:
D&D Gazetteer:
The Elves of Alfheim
D&D Gazetteer:
The Emirates of Ylaruam
D&D Gazetteer:
Thyatis and Alphatia Box

With a desciption like this...

...I believe that this gazetteer is fully complete.  It is in really good condition. There is minor shelf wear on the cover.

and this...

...This box set should be fully complete.

One has to wonder from the above email conversation as to whether anything that they have is FULLY complete!

Should I have posted this one under "Shady Dealer"?

I did not like the first, sly reply....

Why not just say yes or no...since in this case we are talking about a specific component...and not just a possibly missing single game piece.

Does not reflect well on the seller...trying to be cute and not answer the question.

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Q:  hi macrice3---how much to ship to Kansas, USA? ...allan.
A:        28 day delivery is £55.00 - That's a quote from Parcelforce. 2 day delivery £80.00. Thanks for your interest

That seems a tad high:  who's Parcelforce and do they ship packages in gold leaft wrapping??

Well ain't this a great scan?!

cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem& ... Track=true

Perhaps the seller is trying to cover up damage or something? Weird anyway.
