4th print right? I don't see any ref sheets in there though. :?

Yep.  I've seen ref sheets before, not all that impressed. ;)

The 4th(-) print correction/ref sheets are not duplicated by any other printing. You cannot just throw in 3rd, 5th or whatever print sheets to make it complete.

Were y'both happy enough 'bout the condition of the books; or the somewhat hidden box, for that matter?
(And, yes, it's definitely not a rarity "3" item. One of those days that might finally change...).

Thanks! I actually bumped up my snipe before I went to work tonight. I didnt have a 4th minus set yet, so wasnt too concerned with its shape.
Do you have any extra ref sheets laying around the castle there Faro?  :D

A negative on that, I'm afraid. Sorry :?

I do have more than one set of sheets for the 4th-, but unfortunately not enough to cover the number of sets of books, or even boxes, perhaps.

There have been one or two 4th- "books only" in poor condition, but with ref sheets present (and sometimes in better condition) slip through the net.
Well worth keeping your eyes open for those.

Yeah, no one here ever bids on items they already have...........
Don't feel so bad, though. Bio One's cover is green, and those are NOT green.

Any chance that those are just bad pictures. All of her pictures seem to be a bit off on color. I don't know if its poor lighting or if its the camera, but for instance look at this Pegasus:

Magazine Issues | eBay

as opposed to:

Pegasus 5

Could be that.

Yeah, the (presumed) fake CAs did, too... Thought those looked like the "2nd print" cover, rather than just cheap photocopies ^^

the pegasus #5 looks fine. looks as tho its just a crap pic.

i just wonder tho about some of the other things which really ARE so hard to find, never mind one person selling who has MORE than one and sells them at the same time (ie. CA)....

anyway what do i know :)

shane, did you find anything out about them #66?

If you look at both Bio One pics, they both have a spot on the upper right portion. So the auction pics are identical.
Comparing the Peg pics, the only color difference is that the blue in the seller's picture is greenish.

Seeing as BC bought one, shall wait and see what he has to say. There is only one type of shrink they used it seems so should not be to hard to figure out if real or not.

I wouldn't worry so much about the Bio Ones.  I reckon the price will be down again (hopes) in a month or so.  And these two looked heavy on the staple rust.  The one up before them looked to be the best of recent ones. (points to other thread).

Ok Bclarkie...  I got beat by mere seconds on this BIN, and just knew it was you or another regular face around here that beat me.  Looks like we got more competition at the quick draw BIN's.

That would be me.... sorry.

That was the Gods making up to me after not getting something I watched for 6 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 30 seconds.... only to watch someone out bid my snipe. THEY OWED ME!!!!

Now back to our regular scheduled sanity.

I actuallly have backed of buying quite a bit over the last month or so, trying to pay down the old CC bill now, so I have not been nearly as active "bargain BIN" hunting as much as I had been.  I magine that I have missed quite a bit over the last several weeks. :(  Oh well, congrats on the the nice win Z.
