Complete? Yes.

But it is out of the shrink, and there is a slight bit of wear on the cover (as he stated in his bid...) ... still cheap though...

I put a bid in on EGG's copy of The Russian Campaign on the recent auction. I forgot about it after I bid. I bid $27 and it went for a measly $28 I believe. I would have paid $50. Awesome game and to have a copy with that history attached would have been quite cool.
