Going to be a very long time before you see a #1 again, let alone a run like that.

Not entirely sure, but sure enough to try to snipe the G-series.  I came in way too low, obviously.

I checked with 3 members here whose opinions I trust, and 2 of them seemed fairly certain the baggies are original.  First time I've ever seen them like that, so it could be quite an enormous win.   :D

And, of course, I have no doubt David knows what he's buying.

I don't really doubt their authenticity but I think it is interesting to see how different countries do shrink.  Maybe David has another copy of them already but I think they would be tough for me to leave in the shrink.  Such pretty covers, me wants to touch them :)

Well, that precisely why you buy two full sets.  One in shrink, one out of shrink.

Has anyone performed an A/B/C content comparison (text/pictures/maps/etc.) between US printings, UK printing from GW, and AU printings of the G1-3 modules and D1-3 modules?

Was this a good snag for the winner?  I had it on my watch list out of curiousity:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

That guy must be sitting on a stack of those.  I have seen him list several of them over the last 3 or 4 months, although I am pretty sure that its taken several listings by him to sell them and the price has been gradually dropping as time has gone on.  All that said, thats realy not a bad price and if I didn't already have a set in shrink, I'd have been happy to pay that price to get one. :)

<edit> then again, the last set he listed prior to that one had the finoreddrale effect to it  :? :

** expired/removed eBay auction **

So that makes it look like an even better deal.

Yeah, it seemed like a pretty good deal, but I know nothing about it.  Is it worth getting?

I liked it, course I like the Voyage of the Princess Ark Dragon articles (though this box set does not have those small maps IIRC)).
