Does anyone know whether these miniatures came with the AD&D or D&D logo?

Here's a link to SOL: gothtech.com

Yes, they did.
Here's a link to a current eBay auction with one:

cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem& ... eName=WDVW

They don't go for much when they come up so it's probably a good idea to pick them up now before they become very expensive like much of the Ral Partha AD&D line.

Thanks, William. The auction you posted is the one which got me thinking. I wasn't sure about the logo. Looks like I'll have to add them to my wishlist!

Blister packs dont sell for much, even the vintage ones unless its something special like a dragon, than maybe 15-20.

Id not recommend spending money on them unless you are a hobbyist looking to create something with them (ie be cheap and dont expect a return).

Generally the special box sets are the ones that go through the roof.  I know WTC made some kick ass dragons and they sell for major $$$$ already.  Of course that may be what the regular price was sort of like reapers dragons. :)

"What can I get for $10?"
