Me too.  It took nearly 12 months for me to receive my order.

I have admitted I made mistakes and apologized for them.
If you have a problem I asm more than willing to do whatever it takes. Pm me and will send you phone number.
Historia, I offered to send replacement because it was damaged by postman. You said don't worry. Now you say it a problem. PM and let me know what you need. Sorry for response, I am on blackberry.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!  I am currently having the same "shipping problem" others have experienced.  My last purchase required several inquiries before finally receiving my purchase (which was poorly packaged).  I thought it was a fluke as my prior purchase (through ebay) went fine.  My current situation with this seller has been a nightmare.  Been 3 months since my payment.  I've received more than one e-mail stating my purchase is "on the way".  The last one was about three weeks ago now.  Plenty of excuses but not much action.  He has never provided tracking ID's or actual dates the package went out, just "its on the way".

Although these are fun adventures, I would NOT recommend buying direct from this vendor.  He has consistent problems with fulfilling his end of the bargain with his customers.

I've never had a problem with Pacesetter and never experienced any unusual delay outside the norm for any smaller publisher*.  Response has always been top-notch.

Sunrunner44 - representin', as the young folk say.

* I fully expect a minor hiccup on occasion from anyone not Paizo, normally for logistics / print problems or QA rejection, for folks not doing POD/Lulu.

I've never had a problem with Pacesetter.  Packages arrive in timely fashion and packaging is good.

I wish I could say the same. Since those of us who have had bad experiences seem to be in the minority, I wonder what the criteria for being "picked on" are?

Tell you what, since you still seem to have a problem with me. Give me a call. I am not one for going back and forth over email and posts. I will pm my phone number right now.

And for the last time, I made mistakes and some were bad. I apologized and offered anyone who had a problem a remedy. And that still stands regardless of how long ago it happened.

I don't have a problem with you, just your packaging. No need to send your phone number. Just send the replacement for the catalog that was mangled in the mail. I realize it was only a $3 item, but still..

I offered you that and you said don't worry about. I think I even offer or sent a refund. No problem sending one, but crap this could have been done months ago.
Going out Monday.

No, no refund was issued. I don't recall the other specifics. Yes, it could have. Thanks, though.

The current block of new items (B1, I1, TM2, tourney TM2) have been slow to be delivered as well.

I want these items.  I want to support Pacesetter as much as any other OSR publisher who publishes cool stuff.  But Pacesetter is the slowest to get paid for products into my hands (and I'm not talking about shipping time variations based on Media vs. Priority Mail).

As I've said before, I do not have doubt that my items will arrive, but I do think the process should be smoother.

Areas of interest/knowledge: Harn, WFRP, Ars Magica, anything BRP based such as CoC, Runequest, Pendragon and all their related games

I ordered TM2 and B1 on 6/6/2011 and paid with Paypal.  I initially sent a follow up email on 6/17/2011 with no reply.

I sent a second email on 6/22/2011 which Bill responded to on 6/23/2011 stating that most of the orders were mailed this week but he didn't specifically state my copy had been mailed.

As of 6/28/2011 no package has arrived with TM2 and B1.   My previous purchases of Pacsetter products were through Noble Knight and they arrived in 2 days from ordering.

No response has been received from my latest inquiry as to where my product is.

I'm still waiting for it to arrive.

I think a lot of the problem this time around was with timing going to NTRPGcon and releasing 4 modules in the same week. I ordered a set of everything (B1, I1, TM2) the day I received the email about their release (June 3). I made a prior purchase of the NTRPGcon limited release version of Storm over Skyreach (May 6th) but I knew that wasn't going to be sent until after NTRPG. Since I paid while Bill was at the NTRPGcon, I knew I wasn't going to be receiving any of them until he was back home. I figure a week or two to unpack everything and get caught back up in real life and he's been shipping them out over this past week, so it falls into my estimated time frame  :D

I have not received my set of modules yet, but I'm confident they are on their way. I have not contacted Bill regarding these mainly because I'm confident in what he has said in emails to everyone in regards to these.

As with all my posts...just my 2 cents.

Jerry

Gotta conclude our little package, Bill, and I believe there are a few items coming over for Jon H. I'll PM you in the next day or so.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

I put everything together from pms, but we need to confirm all items and I will get it out later this week. It is a heavy priority mail box!

Bill

Ordered modules May 5th and May 30th. Still have no package or tracking number.

Are there still orders waiting to be shipped? Has anybody received their stuff yet?
