Lady of Pain Pewter Belt Buckles

These buckles were created by Ultimate Buckles Ltd. in the U.K. in cooperation
with TSR. Sculpted by Ian Burrage, they feature the Lady of Pain on the front and
a monodrone modron on the back. They are dated 1994.
Plain pewter Lady of Pain buckle

This is the most common of the buckles and was released for regular sale.
Black enameled background Lady of Pain prototype buckle

According to the sculptor, Ian Burrage, these buckles were prototypes and
never released for sale. Though he did not give a specific number, according
to emails with him very few were made.
Gold Plated Lady of Pain buckle

The gold plated buckle was released in a limited run of 5000. According to an
image in an eBay auction, some or all came with a certificate of authenticity
signed by the sculptor, Ian Burrage.
