Given the author and the obscurity, I’d doubt permission was given and the seller is breaching
IP. But without asking (like you’d get an honest answer) we have no way of knowing. Maybe it is a legitimate product being offered for sale, or maybe the seller is a thieving cnut. Who knows? Maybe the seller will explain the situation and dispel any doubts?
