I have a copy of assault on Raven's Ruin, from early 90s; in original shrink wrap. Does it have any value?

Sure.  It's worth about $50-60.

I have recently seen that line of products hitting 80/90 bucks if in shrink...

I would say more like $25 to $40 is common depending on condition.  However, shrink can elevate the price up to $80.  It's now available as a reprint at DriveThruRPG.   8)
