I was in my local game store and I saw a module/supplement that I had not seen before and have not managed to find on the Acaeum. It was a World of Greyhawk AD&D (2nd edition, I think) Called simply "Hart". It appeared to detail the Knights of the Hart. It had the Greyhawk Adventures logo on the top and came with several maps of a castle on seperate sheets.
Does anyone know what this is?
Thanks |

Its one of the booklets to the AD&D 2E "Castles" boxset, which detailed 3 castles: Hart (Greyhawk), one in Dragonlance, and one in Forgotten Realms (one of the Zhentarim ones, can't remember the name offhand). Since its only part of a box set, I wouldn't get too excited. |

Thank you.
Not excited - just curious. I had thought it was probably from a boxed set but wasn't sure which one. |

Hey Sardan---
How much was it? I don't have a copy of Castles or the Hart booklet; if it was cheap, I'd consider picking it up (if you were willing to middle-man for me?). |

It didn't have a price on. Next time I am in there I will check it out.
I was thinking of picking it up myself, I too am a Greyhawk collector, just not of your stature. If I decide I don't want it I will be happy to act as a middle man for you.
Two caveats though:
1. The shop's second hand stuff doesn't tend to be cheap you may do better on ebay. I usually do.
2. I'm in the UK so I postage may not be cheap.
I'll find out the price and let you know. |

Hmm, sorry, Sardan, I hadn't realized you were in the UK. I'll pass based on the postage costs, but thanks for being willing to help me out! (A collector of my "stature" indeed... )
burntwire: I'd just have to open the shrinkwrap, so I'll look for a copy in somewhat lesser condition |

Hey Allan, no offence meant.
I'm a Greyhawk fan collecting Greyhawk stuff because some of the fondest gaming memories I have were inspired by the '80 folio. The stuff you have done to keep Greyhawk alive makes you worthy or respect so don't knock it! |

I think copies of Hart find their way onto eBay somewhat regularly... I just think that alot of sellers confuse it for something ultra-rare and start it off on a $20 opening bid or something. If you are patient you should be able to find a copy for next to nothing (thats my guess anyways).
I've actually been meaning to pick up a copy of Castles on the cheap... what does everybody think is a good price for it? I just want something in good condition and unpunched, though I won't complain if its shrinkwrapped. |
