For some reason I think they were sold individually, but I'm not 100% positive. |

I was just thinking that was just the blue Holmes book that was sold separately.
I wonder, is it listed on one of those distributor purchase forms someone had up on Ebay recently? |

I'm not sure which it was, but the book was sold separately at some point. I could find out when it was placed in the TSR product list and when maybe removed from it to know but I'm not on my computer now so will check later in the week.

Looks like someone just drove up Pip's bid. I wonder how high this thing's going? |

I was curiously watching that too. No clue as to why. Deleted it from my list when I didn't see a relist notice after half the day went by. |

This link is to an item with zero bids on it. Did you mean to link another ebay auction? |

I know there were 0 bids on it so far, but the auction end date I'm sure still had several days to go. The listing was just ended early. |

$204 for B1-9...I guess the shrinkwrap crowd has deep packets! |
Or a massive loss of brain cells due to sniffing too much plastic. I think the third place bidder had it about right. |

Dec1977/Jan1978 basic book sold for $5 on the product list to early 1981 is the last time it is seen (at that's only due to the same product list in the Players handbook.) So the Holmes set seems to be the only one that had the book sold separate.
