Does anyone have a clue what the maps below are from?
They have the look and feel of Ardiun, but there is no cover and I have no other clue as to the maker and where (What Maker/Set/Book/Adventures) they came from.
Three hole punched loose leaf, 24 pages in all.
No covers of course.

Could the 'Archaeron' refer to the Archaeron Gaming System? Very reminiscent of Iron Winds also? |

If, indeed, it is Arden, this quote
| Quote: | The Archaereon Game System
Mage ed by Wilf K. Backhaus (1980) Archaereon Games Ltd.
Warrior ed by Wilf K. Backhaus, Jan Vrapcenak, Richard Fietz (1981)
A medieval fantasy RPG based on feudal Europe -- growing out of a Chivalry & Sorcery) campaign in the world of "Arden". It was published as a magic system with mage character creation, and a combat system with warrior creation. | would indicate that it is for the Archaereon Game System.
Source of quote
Archaereon was my first choice, but I don't own it (never seen it, either.) |

they are definitely from arden. i pulled it down from the shelves and had a look. arden was the campaign world for c&s that came out in 1979. archaeron games 2 products (mage & warrior) came out in 1980 & were written & produced by wilf backhaus, who was one of the co-creators of c&s. |

My thanks to everyone for your help.
So the maps are part of the campaign world of Arden.

This statement begs more questions.
What exactly is IT?
What does IT look like?
What format is IT in?
Do you have these same maps in ... a book, a three hole binder, a box set, loose as the ones I posted above are?
More info with a more detailed description of the item(s) is humbly (Though eagerly) and respectfully requested. |

Thanks, that clears up the question about what the cover looks like for the Kingdom of Arden.
And another question, if the maps above do originate from that specific book that is.
I am about convinced those maps I posted above do come from that Arden Kingdom Set.
Two more questions.
What would the maps alone be worth?
What about the complete set (book with the maps and overlay)? |

I couldn't point to any specific ebay auctions - but Arden can be one of the hardest C&S supplements to find (I don't have one). I seem to recall auctions ending at the $50 to $60 mark (or more) for good condition/complete Arden sets. Perhaps someone else has some old ebay auctions (e.g. saved as a pdf as in the other thread). |

That sounds about right to me - I don't have one either but have watched about half a dozen auctions for them. |
