I'm inventorying a JG 62 Revised City State of the Invincible Overlord 3rd printing that my mom bought at a garage sale a few years ago (mixed in with a variety of late '70s and early 80's rpg), and I noticed something odd.

There isn't a large 22 x 28 players map, but there are two large 22 x 28 judges maps.

Is this at all likely to have been a packing error? Or is it more likely to be two different sets whose components got mixed together after purchase?

Hard to say since there has been some instances of an oddity..but unless you got this SWed then I'd lean more towards it being mixed.
