I should say the best advice is not to panic. I reckon that I would be happy to post stuff to almost anyone here without recieving payment first.
Drop another PM as a gentle nudge in the right direction if you're really anxious, but I would say this post will probably have the desired effect. (And be sure to let us know when it's all come good).
(As an alternative you could just 'call him out' on the boards and get into a mud-slinging competition, that wil inevitably end badly for all concerned - except for those of us who love to watch such nonsense unfold!! (Mentioning no names, of course ) |

I will attest to that fact.
I am very glad it worked out for you.
As an aside:
As a buyer (Which is really about 99 % of what I do) I would NEVER expect a seller to send anything before paying the amount due.
As a seller (Which is really about ONE % of what I do) I would NEVER expect to have to send out an item before being paid.
Not faulting your actions (sending the item first) or your logic behind doing so, as fellow members that sort of thing should be a no brainer, trust is always a good thing.
However, verifying (By payment in advance) is even better and all parties involved should be happy with the results. |

I assumed it would be a simple explanation - a nice guy like Axel only deserves good luck!

Unfortunately, it was me that Axel was referring to.
I just wanted to give a public apology for the non-communication.
I had to rush off for my flight to Gencon (Australia) and I didn't have a chance to get back to him.
Sorry again Axel |

Best thread of the year. Very funny. Hey Brendon, when do I get to meet your wife? I'm sure she is something if you are so afraid of her. That's the best kind of woman. The one that keeps you on your toes.

We will have to promote Al to Acaeum Sergeant-of-Arms. It will be his job to keep everyone in-line. One phone call to the wife is all it takes.

marika is great - she is lots of fun and the centre of a party - she can hold a convo with about 30 people at a time - truly impressive.
though i WOULD love to be a fly on the wall when the convo swings around to whether bren can spend $4k on a woody

Martin, unfortunately my wife is fulfilling an enabler role currently and will be unable to attend - she's feeding my habit by letting me go to Cons whilst she watches our 2 lovely daughters.
She's already very inquisitive about my purchases Axel, though I am at 1-3 (d6) (ODD); +3 (AD&D); and +34(4th Ed) against reaction/perception currently of her finding out any information . She attempted to trick me once when she said I should put the estimated value next to all my items on my excel worksheet (for insurance purposes only of course )
Al as Sergeant-of-Arms. Hmmmm........If needed he'll run to your house (doesn't matter which continent you're on) and personally tell the wife with no need for a phonecall.
Martin haven't you noticed his name, "Killjoy"+"32". The number after his mission statement is certified collectors killed by spouses who have received 'the call' already. |

The best thing there is that we've managed to avoid that whole conversation altogether so far |
