Not sure, but this seems similar to one that was sold several weeks back...

That's because intelligator is a reseller. He has a lot of good stuff but his prices are a bit high. Although he seems open to deals on multiple items when I've asked. |

Nice condition except for the word "GAME" written in magic marker on the box lid. Big deal breaker right there. |

I agree, though it Looked to me that all 3 of the Geos are SWed.
The Box Set is a 1st Print and looks nice.
And the Book of Treasure Maps does look like a 1st Print.
Plus it is likely the M&T Assortment is a 1st Print as well.
Some Dice are there too. (NICE)
From some folks comments it appears (To me) that Some of you think in terms of resale value for lots like this.
That final price was (of course) higher than My highest bid and by a good bit too.
But I would not say that the final price was over the top for a REAL collector.
Just over my top....... but then I am no true collector, I am but a dabler. |
Actually, I thought it would be interesting to report. In fact, everything in the box is a first print. Including all three dungeon geomorphs in shrink. And, two sets of dungeon geomorphs for set one are included. The shrinkwrap set is actually cut smaller than the set that came original to the box. To clarify, the SW set one is smaller than all the others by a half inch or so. Dunno if anyone ever recorded that tidbit, but thought I would share it. |

Yeah...I am jealous of your win there pip......
I have been trying to snag a nice 1st print of the box set and first prints of the Geos in SW for a long time now too.
If I had had the funds, I would have made you pay higher, but most likely I would still have lost anyway.
Nice aquisition. |

Shoulda stayed longer on that one...
I just recently had a query about the 1st print set one size. I have an opened set which has half normal size and half cut exactly 1/4" short. Maybe a Frankenstein?

Not many of these have been sold it seem - for $91 I'll have it straight away! (Didn't Bclarkie sell one of these?)
I reckon this will go to $650 + |

I am not sure how much interest there is, but I personally guarantee this will sell. All I need to know now is for how much... |
