Initially, without doing an extensive search and wiping out a ton of useful time, are there any reliable links to the origins of D&D modules, rulebook authors?

Like, education or how they became fantasy writers, inspirations, and so on?

Truthfully haven't looked for a URL on a specific author, so decided to post it first.

Not that I know of, and I doubt it.

I've been looking for a reliable list of credits for RPG authors and not having any luck, either.
Pen and Paper database tries, but it has lots of holes.

Me either, but I figured if there was a place, Wiki would be the place some rabid fan went all into stalking mode on some poor author... its been known to happen.

Someone already has a book like that coming out.
Allegedly.
I, for one, will be buying copies if and when it appears.

The "biography" in this title may have been confusing (not to be a jest). No actual plan to write a biography rather wondering whether information found in biographical material is around for TSR authors

The best 'links' are the people themselves.

ExTSR:  Have you ever thought about writing about your life and experiences with the gaming industry?

Mr. Cook?

I mean, hey, why not?  Other famous people write books.
And you guys are famous!  (To gamers)   Very Happy

One of the things I like about this forum is that I can read posts placed by some of my favorite game creators, writers, DMs, and artists.

SWEETNESS!  Cool

I would likely petition to play the thief/assassin anyway.....
And if not, the advice is appreciated, I read about what happened....

I have read and heard to be wary of Giant Shrews too, when delving in or near a certain manor. Laughing
