Help! I am getting ready to list a 3rd+ printing OD&D woodgrain and have been unable to find details on the reference sheets that should accompany this set.
The set that I am selling has two loose leaf pages, folded in half, that have no printing on the front or back 'covers'. There is also a single sheet, folded in half, that has no printing on the front 'cover', but does have printing on the back. Finally, there are three loose leaf pages that have printing on all sides. None appear to be duplicates. They do not look like photo copies as they are a little heavier stock and have slight discoloration along the edges from age as has been reported for the sheets. Finally, none of the sheets have the title "Reference Sheets" on them. Here are some details, numberings are arbetrary:
Sheet one: No printing on front or back covers. Inside begins with "Spells Table..." The inside left lists all Magic User spells, with inside right listing Cleric spells and turn undead table.
Sheet two: No printing on front or back covers. Inside begins with "Wilderness Wandering Monsters" Both inside faces list wandering monster tables of various types.
Sheet three: No printing on front cover. Inside begins with "Miscellaneous Weapons" Both inside covers and outside back cover list random treasure/magic tables including potions, scrolls, rings, maps, etc.
Sheet four: Fully printed. Front cover titled, "Statistics regarding classes". Inside left has combat attack matrices. Inside right has saving throw matrix. Back cover has basic equipment and costs.
Sheet five: Fully printed. Front cover starts with a paragraph, "Referee's Map is a wilderness map..." Movement tables below this. Inside pages have random monster determination matrices. Outside back cover lists types of NPCs (my term) found in castles.
Sheet six: Fully printed, Front cover starts with a superscript 3 followed by "Pirates will have prisoners as do Bandits..." Below this are the Magic/Maps determination table. Inside pages have the monster reference table. Outside back cover has Treasure Types table.
Can anyone verify if this is what one would expect find in this set. Feel free to speculate wildly. I want to represent the set as original and complete unless I hear otherwise from you folks, in the know.
Thank you, in advance, for the help.

Thank you, Allan! That reference allowed me to breath a sign of relief. I don't know why I forget the Tome of treasures as a reference.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
